Prove authorship of transaction

Transaction authorship proof uses wallet signing authority to show that a wallet created a transaction. It is different from a payment proof, which focuses on proving payment to a particular address.

Prove transaction authorship

  1. Open the transaction in Best Wallet History and copy its exact transaction ID.
  2. Choose the authorship-proof option from the transaction details.
  3. Follow the signing prompt and review the message or transaction reference before approving.
  4. Share the original transaction ID and generated proof with the verifier.
  5. Ask the verifier to check the proof against the same transaction, not a modified copy.
