Receive a transaction
To receive Monero in Best Wallet, open the Receive tab, create or select a wallet address, label it for the person or service paying you, and share the address using copy or QR code. Every address in the same wallet account receives funds into that account.
Get a receiving address
- Open the Receive tab.
- If no addresses are listed, select Create New Address.
- Choose an address and label it before copying. Use a label that identifies the payer, service, invoice, or public alias that will know the address.
- Copy the address with the copy action or display its QR code. Never type a Monero address by hand.
- Share the address only with the people or service that need it. For a public address, use a label that does not reveal more identity than necessary.
Confirm the payment
You can ask a sender to make a tiny test transfer before sending a larger amount if the address or transfer process is new. Then wait for Best Wallet to synchronize and show the incoming transaction. Used addresses may be hidden automatically; use the relevant Show used or Show hidden addresses option to find them again.
If you must move an address to another device, use QR code or a secure offline transfer. If a service reports that the address is invalid, copy it again from Best Wallet and ask the service to check its Monero support before assuming the wallet is at fault.
