Report an issue

A useful Best Wallet issue report includes the version, operating system, exact steps, expected result, actual error, and safe diagnostic logs. Remove seeds, private keys, wallet files, full addresses, and sensitive transaction history before sharing anything.

Create a safe issue report

  1. Check the relevant Troubleshooting guide and confirm the issue is reproducible.
  2. Record the Best Wallet version, operating system, network, and node type.
  3. Write the smallest sequence of steps that reproduces the problem.
  4. Copy the exact error message and attach redacted logs or screenshots only when necessary.
  5. Submit the report through the official project issue channel and never include recovery information.
