Show wallet seed

The wallet seed is the recovery authority for a Best Wallet wallet. Use the wallet’s protected seed display only when necessary, verify the words privately, and store the backup offline where it cannot be photographed or copied by malware.

Display the recovery seed

  1. Open the wallet’s backup, recovery, or seed display action.
  2. Authenticate with the wallet password or hardware-device confirmation if requested.
  3. Read the seed in a private environment with no cameras, screen-sharing tools, or untrusted people nearby.
  4. Write every word in order on a durable offline backup and check it carefully.
  5. Close the seed display and store the backup separately from your computer and wallet file.
